The Exyonet Project is an initiative in the framework of the European Program Youth in Action promoted by six entities from Spain, Italy, United Kingdom, Greece, Romania and Turkey. The purpose of the Project is to establish a collaboration network in a European level to favor the exchange of good practices in prevention, tutelage, orientation and the employability of young (ex) offenders. Through this network we answered the necessity of facing common problems by European experts specialized in the reintegration of young people in risk of social exclusion.

The activities carried out by the partners were initiated with the launch meeting of the Project in Madrid in which it was established the strategy, the communication systems and Project following.
After the meeting, the Exchange between the experts continued and culminates with a meeting in London on 16, 17 and 18 June 2014. This meeting was a discussion forum between the experts that included workshops, study visits, young meetings and institutional acts. The conclusions led to an advance in the searching process of new perspectives about the methodologies used in this collective.

These days, the consortium is working in the compilation of good practices and politics recommendations that will be added in the joint document: ‘WHITE PAPER: Good practices and policy proposals for Young (ex) offenders employment”.
The next meeting will be in Brussels on October 29th and will be a meeting between participants of the Project and the intervening actors in a European level. The White Paper of Good practices and Policy Proposals will be presented to the European Institutions and stakeholders in the Europe sector. Therefore, it will serve as a forum to establish the proposals of an effective communitarian action destined to the employability of young people in risk of social exclusion.
Finally, the future of the network via short, long and medium term projects and the incorporation of new members will be discussed.
