The latest official European Union unemployment figures show that the progress made in reducing the bloc’s joblessness in recent months has come to a halt. There were nearly 25 million unemployed adults in the E-U in July, unchanged from the previous month. Our correspondent Jerome Hughes reports from Brussels.
