A group of young ex-offenders from Slough are creating a website to help others who have recently been released from prison to find work. Twenty-three-year-old Jodie is employed as a groundworker through the Blue Sky rehabilitation scheme, but others are not so lucky. They realise that people in their position are in danger of reoffending if they have nothing to do, so want to provide support and advice, and encourage employers to give them a chance.
